You're right of course about furniture designers becoming a dying breed, this being said I think multi design is the way forward. I am qualified as an interior designer but work in the bespoke furniture industry. It is, as you say, a vibrant and exciting area to be working in due to the bar being raised with increased budgets and material choices. Nice work.
