Hey id Sphere
So I came across a contest by some realtors in Florida who are giving away an iPad 2 to anyone who closes a real estate deal ($250k or more) with them by December 31st. What does everyone think of that? Personally, I think it's pretty cool; real estate is a competitive industry, and the agent who offers more perks is probably going to be the one who gets my business. It just makes sense – extra effort should be rewarded.
Anybody agree/disagree?

I am not sure how something worth less that 800 at maximum could influence a deal a lot number of times more than it. Though it could be a good selling point if you are looking over what you can gain more if they are really offering everything similarly. That will be the only time, in my opinion, I will be choosing someone who is offering a freebie on top of getting the job done.
