We own very big libraries of accessories and furniture, so we can provide unique equipment. But we may map every piece of furniture You request. We may create the pieces of furniture which do not exist in physics – we just need the sketches and measurements. We are able to map every single texture. The best is to deliver to us these textures in some small pieces or just take a pictures with normal digital camera.
Every single visualisation is made in full three-dimensions, we don't use any 'flat' pictures. That's why it is very easy to create from our visualisations animations, like for example very popular lately – walkthroughs.
It is hard to appraise the cost of the visualisation because every single commission we treat individually. It depends on the amount of work which will be involved. We think that this is the most honest attitute to the client, You don't pay for the 'air'. We accept the transfers to our account – 50% before starting the commission, the rest after Your acceptance.
The typical cooperation which we try to work out with our clients by visualising their project looks like this:
1. the preliminary guidelines – we would to get from You the short description with some basic informations, like for example is it a whole house or just one interior?, if it will be simple interior or epoch's interior?, the quantity of the views or animation's duration time. in general BASICS which will help us to set the delivery time and quotation.
2. You are getting a quote from us and after Your acceptance, we just wait for the materials from You.
3. You send us materials – plans of the floors with the physical characteristics, heights and divisions of the windows, colour of the window woodwork, technical drawing with the spatial development, links to the sites of the equipment producers. Always when we are putting the product of the specific producent, we ask for link to the informations about this product in the Internet. The colouring may be send to us in the NCS palette or in the format of the graphics file with set colours.
There is also advisable the drawing of the embedded lighting and the schemes of the pod-mounted ceilings if these ceilings appear. The rule is that we have to know about any particular element to put it into the visualisation. All materials may be send to us in formats as: DWG, DXF, PDF, CDR, JPG, TIFF, PNG, 3DS, MAX, PSD, EPS or another, after consulting with us firstly the possibility to read. Files may be send by an e-mail or some dedicated FTP, which we will release, if there will be that need.
4. Working on Your visualisation.
5. If there appear some additional questions we will contact You to have a ceratinty that everything will be looking as You request. After a few projects it is easier to feel the tastes of any particular designer, but we always ask about Your acceptance – we are professionals.
6. After we finish the visualisations, we are sending the projects in low resolution to consult it. To every single ordered visualisation You get from us absolutely gratuitous corrections/changes round. After getting the information about corrections from You, we put them immediately and send You the renderings in the resolution You ordered.
